Stainless steel seamless steel pipe is a kind of long steel with hollow section and no joint around. Stainless steel seamless pipe
Features of stainless steel seamless pipe:
Firstly, the thicker the wall thickness of the product, the more economical and practical it will be. The thinner the wall thickness is, the higher the processing cost will be. Secondly, the process of the product determines its limited performance. Generally, the precision of seamless steel pipe is low: the wall thickness is uneven, the internal and external surface brightness is low, the sizing cost is high, and there are pockmarks and black spots on the internal and external surface, which are not easy to remove; thirdly, its inspection Measurement and shaping must be processed offline. Therefore, it shows its advantages in high pressure, high strength and mechanical structure materials.
Types of stainless steel pipes:
The connecting and rolling methods include hot rolling, hot extrusion and cold drawing (rolling) of stainless steel pipes.
According to the different microstructure of stainless steel, it can be divided into semi Ferritic and semi martensitic stainless steel pipe, martensitic stainless steel pipe, austenitic ferritic stainless steel pipe, etc.
Specification and appearance quality of stainless steel pipe:
A. According to GB 14975-94 "stainless steel seamless steel pipe", the length of steel pipe is usually 1.5-10 m, hot-rolled steel pipe is equal to or greater than 1 m. Cold drawn (rolled) steel pipe with wall thickness of 0.5-1.0 mm, 1.0-7 m; wall thickness greater than 1.0 mm, 1.5-8 M.
B. There are 45 kinds of hot-rolled (hot extruded) steel pipes with diameters of 54-480mm and 36 kinds of wall thicknesses of 4.5-45mm. There are 65 kinds of cold drawn (rolled) steel pipes with diameter of 6-200 mm and 39 kinds of wall thickness of 0.5-21 mm.
C. The inner and outer surface of steel pipe shall be free of crack, fold, crack, rolling fold, separation layer and scab. These defects shall be completely removed (except for pipes for machining), and the wall thickness and outer diameter shall not exceed negative deviation after removal. Other minor surface defects not exceeding the allowable negative deviation may not be removed.
D. Allowable depth of straight road. Hot rolled and hot extruded steel pipes with diameter less than or equal to 140mm shall not be greater than 5% of the nominal wall thickness, and the maximum depth shall not be greater than 0.5mm; for cold drawn (rolled) steel pipes, it shall not be greater than 4% of the nominal wall thickness and the maximum depth shall not be greater than 0.3mm.
E. Both ends of the steel pipe should be cut into right angles and deburred. Manufacturing process of stainless steel seamless pipe
